TCBA Club Apiary Update
December 17th, 2024
We would like to thank Michael S. Elliston, Michael Byrd, Bernabe "Bernie" Laracuente, and David Farrell for their time and efforts in getting the TCBA Club Apiary started around 9:00am the morning of December 14th, 2024 in the drizzling rain. We would like to also offer special thanks to Greg Welling and Rock Road Farms for sponsoring the club apiary by providing land and equipment for its use! Our first colony was donated by Farrell's Apiary, and the second and third colonies were provided by Berna Bees Apiary. The fourth colony will be provided by Michael Elliston with YME Apiary (following mite treatments).
The first club apiary day is to be announced soon with updates regarding the upcoming meeting. "I hope everyone is excited about becoming mead makers!"- David Farrell
